Bushvalley Chickens is a poultry-rearing operation focused on maintaining high standards in chicken health, production, and facility upkeep. We are looking for reliable and organised individuals to join our team.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking two Storeroom Managers to oversee the efficient operation of our storeroom and inventory systems within the Engineering Workshop. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing stock levels, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe and orderly storage environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all receiving, storage, and issuing of stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare stock reports.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Supervise storeroom staff and allocate duties.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock requirements.
- Work alternating day and night shifts as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Proven experience in a storeroom, warehouse, or inventory management environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
